General Booking Terms (Applicable to All Services):

Deposit Requirement: To secure your appointment, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of online booking. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of your service.

Payment of Balance: The remaining balance of your service, minus the initial deposit, is payable in-person upon completion of the service. We accept both cash and card payments.

Service Customization and Additional Fees: Based on the condition of your eyelashes and the expert analysis of our professional lash technician, additional fees may be necessary for your service. We ensure transparency in our pricing and will inform you of any additional costs beforehand. You will have the option to cancel the appointment if you do not wish to proceed with the additional services.

Specific Terms for Mobile On-Location Lash Services:

Preparation of Space: Please prepare a quiet, comfortable, and private space for the lash service. Our technician can provide a portable lash bed and chair if needed. Otherwise, please ensure a suitable flat bed or table with cushioning is available.

Environment Considerations: While we understand and appreciate the presence of pets and small children in your home, our technicians require a separate room to work in, away from potential distractions. This is to ensure the safety and quality of your lash service.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, as per our policy to respect the time of all our clients.

Health and Safety Protocols: We adhere to strict health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of both our clients and staff.
